What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Mississauga, Oakville, and surrounding regions. Contact us to check if we service your specific location.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We offer free initial consultations and estimates for most projects. For larger smart home designs, we may charge a design fee that is credited back towards the final installation.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. Shack Solutions is fully insured for liability and WSIB compliant, giving you peace of mind while we work in your home.
Can you install products I already bought?
Yes, we offer installation-only services for TV mounts, light fixtures, and smart devices you have purchased yourself. However, we cannot warranty the hardware itself if we didn't supply it.

We specialize in Lutron (RA2/RA3), Control4, Ubiquiti (Unifi) networking, Ring, Nest, Sonos, and many others.
